LLP Tutoring Student and Parent Policy
When using LLP Tutoring Services, the parent/guardian agrees to the following information that is provided. Should a parent/guardian wish to withdraw from any conditions below, the use of certain services may be unavailable. Breaching or not conforming to any section may result in a cancellation of enrolment at LLP Tutoring. We reserve the right to make minor edits at any time, and any major adjustments will be notified.

Please note that the tutor may make alternative arrangements, with permission and notice, contrary to these policies at their own discretion.
Bookings
Bookings must be notified to the tutor at least 3 days prior to the session day. Due to our high demand, we encourage you to settle on a specific time each week. LLP Tutoring reserves the right to cancel or adjust a booking should any incident occur. All sessions must be a minimum of one hour and are available as per our Operating Hours page. Weekends are available on request.
Enrolment
Enrolment is subject to LLP Tutoring approval, and we reserve the right to refuse enrolment for any reason permitted by law. LLP Tutoring is a quality service, and refusal of enrolment reasons may be that our method of teaching is not appropriate for a student. In the same way, we reserve the right to cancellation and discontinuation of service should we see that the sessions are not used for its intended use, or for any other reasonable cause.
Payment and Invoicing
LLP Tutoring accepts bank transfer and cash payments prior to, or on the day of the session. Pricing is clearly labelled on all documentation; should you be unclear of the pricing, please contact your tutor. Please note that alterations to the base price may occur depending on travel fees. Invoicing is provided on request. Payment frequency is weekly, unless otherwise arranged and notified by the tutor. Any missed payments by due date may result in missed homework distribution or other resources.
Refunds
LLP Tutoring is a premium tutoring service; we take pride in the session quality and resources we offer to students. Should you not be satisfied with any service or session content, please contact your tutor. Please note that full refunds are not provided for cancellations or rescheduling within 8 hours of session commencement, as each session is pre-planned with student-specific content. Only partial refunds are available.
Teaching
Students of LLP Tutoring are expected to arrive to a designated location at least 5 minutes prior to session commencement to ensure all materials are ready. The calculated time is based on scheduled time; extra time is generally not provided for late arrival. It is expected that all students behave in an appropriate manner to tutors, and failure to do so may result in cancellation of enrolment. All students are expected to complete all assigned homework and attend sessions. Please notify your tutor for alternate arrangements should there be any difficulty.
Duty of Care
LLP Tutoring does not accept a duty of care for any student activity outside of session hours, nor are we liable for any injury that occurs outside of session hours. We do, however, ensure a student's duty of care within sessions. It is expected that parents/guardians organise transport for students outside hours.
Cancellations
It is a requirement of parents/guardians to notify LLP Tutoring of any session cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the session. Cancellation must be notified via email or phone to the tutor. Please see the Refunds section in regards to cancellation financing. If the tutor is unable to facilitate a replacement student for the lesson cancellation, refund may not be available, depending on the situation.
Homework
Policy
LLP Tutoring homework is designed specifically for each student, class and targeted for a specific lesson and intended purpose. Homework is a part of the curriculum offered at LLP, making it essential that all students complete homework to the best of their ability.

The Enhanced Homework Program (EHP) at LLP follows a specific procedure that improves standard homework by allowing students to edit their work with tutor guidance. For example:

Week 1: Tutor issues Homework A
Week 2: Student submits Homework A, issuing Homework B
Week 3: Tutor returns Homework A for editing with feedback, issuing Homework C
Week 4: Tutor returns Homework B for editing with feedback, issuing Homework D
